1. How are payments processed?
When you send a Paynessta payment link to your customers, payments are securely processed via a third-party Payment Gateway. The funds are initially received by the gateway and then settled to your account as per our schedule.


2. When will I receive my payments?
Payments typically settle on Transaction Date +2 days (excluding bank holidays). Please note that this settlement period depends on the Payment Gateway’s processing schedule.


3. What transaction fees apply to Paynessta?
A standard platform fee of 2.25% (exclusive of taxes) is applied on all transactions. Additionally, GST at 18% is applicable, and there may be extra charges for certain card types or transactions based on the Payment Gateway’s terms.


4. Are there any additional charges I should be aware of?
Yes. While Wellnessta charges the platform fee, please be aware that banks or card providers may levy additional charges (e.g., forex fees). Wellnessta is not liable for any such extra charges.
